We deliver exciting group training e.g. Bootcamp, HIIT training, Pilates and Low back management sessions at our studio in Trowbridge and corporate venues.

Tribe Bootcamp/HIIT

We have been running Bootcamp/HIIT session since 2010 and is a mixed ability class that welcomes both men and women to partake in an exhilarating blend of flipping tyres, running drills and body weight exercises.

Tribe Pilates

Pilates is for everyone. It’s focused on improving alignment (the correct positioning of bones) and the deep postural muscles. our Classes will be aimed at beginner and intermediate levels.

Tribe Low backĀ managementĀ 

The aim of the sessions is to establish the start to improving posture, motor skill, imbalances and energy expenditures due from over working muscles.

Long term the client will hope to see some reduce back pain to help with the balance of quality life and lifestyle. This will only work with a balanced diet combine with a structured exercise plan.
